Become an “official” Centennial event/project!

We want you to participate!

The overall success of the 2003-2004 Centennial Celebration will depend upon the enthusiasm, collaboration, organization and resources of Bellingham’s many public and private organizations. We hope these organizations will build on existing events, activities and projects, and create new ones to honor our past, celebrate our present and imagine our future.

Benefits of becoming an “official” Centennial event/activity

Official Centennial events and activities will be able to take advantage of collaborative publicity and use the Bellingham Centennial logo.

Approved activities will be granted permission to use the Bellingham Centennial logo on website, publicity materials, etc. The City of Bellingham holds the copyright to the Centennial logo and related artwork. It may not be used without permission.

Approved activities also will be included in master lists of all official events and activities, will have information and links posted on the Centennial website, and will have opportunities to participate in other collaborative promotions.

Guidelines for hosting official Bellingham Centennial events/activities

  4. Agree to terms and conditions releasing the City of Bellingham and the Bellingham Centennial Committee from any liability associated with the event/activity.
